These swatches are in no way intended to be used as printable matches. Digital printing produces different results from the same CMYK codes depending on print settings, programs, machines, ink levels, etc.
If you want to get a good Digital Print color match, I recommend The Printable Palette. The Stationer's CC Library is meant to be a design tool and does not guarantee print matches of any sort. If you want to edit your library after it's installed for CMYK codes that you've found to match certain swatches - you are able to do that.
